Drive Me Wild Christine Warren Tess Menzies can work a spell with a few blinks of her baby blue eyes. But this dedicated witch can’t summon up a single good reason she’s been made an envoy between her kind and Manhattan’s fiercest were-creatures. The two sides haven’t spoken in four hundred years, and she’ll need every miracle in the book to broker any kind of truce. And that means outwitting Council of Others leader Rafael De Santos whose tantalizing moves and fierce hungry kisses are magic even a formidable sorceress can’t resist . . . It doesn’t take a cat’s supernatural senses for Rafael to suspect that there’s something strange about this unexpected peace offering. And finding the truth is just as tempting as uncovering the secrets Tess is trying to conceal. Why, she’s tantalizing enough to make this wandering were-jaguar think he’s found the perfect mate—one he’s only dreamed of. But his stealth and her spells can’t guarantee they have a chance at survival, much less a future together…
Rafael De Santos is the head of the council of the Others. He’s a cat shifter with keen senses which is why it’s shocking when a small woman tries to stalk him through the streets of Manhattan. Even more shocking are the feelings this woman causes Rafe. And she comes with a message: the witch council wants a meeting with him.
Tess Menzies is shocked when her grandfather asks her to deliver an official message to the head of the council of the Others, but that’s not her only shock. When Rafael De Santos catches her trailing him down the street and shoves her up against a wall, he sets her blood on fire.
Witches, curses, shifters and conspiracies abound. Will Rafe and Tess be able to uncover their true feelings for each other before it’s too late?
Hot damn! Christine Warren sets the pages ablaze once again with Drive Me Wild! Rafe and Tess are sublime with their intense passion. One thing I love about The Others is that all the books give the reader a great combo of sex, laughs and a killer story and Drive Me Wild is no different. The story starts off at a rapid sexy pace as our hero and heroine meet and promptly turn up the heat! Ms. Warren keeps the breakneck pace going from there. Believe me, you will devour these pages in a few hours and then be begging for more of these fun and oh so sizzling characters. I couldn’t get enough of Rafe and Tess. The fact that I am still thinking about their story days later has me Joyfully Recommending Drive Me Wild! I can’t wait to read it all over again!
