No matter how much she wants to deny it, Samantha Irving is a witch.  After yet another failed attempt of regulating her newly found magic, Samantha escapes to a secluded cabin in the mountains in order to regain some normalcy in her life.  But, it seems that an evil force refuses to allow her to live in harmony.

As a favor to a friend, Luca Macquarie is on a mission to safely return Samantha Irving to her coven in New Orleans.  Easy, right?  Wrong!  Not only did Samantha refuse to willing return; but, a lethal vampire is determined to use Samantha to find an amulet that can wreak havoc upon the immortal kind.  And, to make matters more complicated for Luca, he instantly and completely falls head over heels in love with Samantha.

Will Luca and Samantha be able to find and destroy the amulet before the evil vampire succeeds with his malicious plan?  And, more importantly, will Luca and Samantha give in to the undeniable desire that is brewing out of control between them.

Luca’s Magic Embrace is the second installment in Kym Grosso’s Immortals of New Orleans series and let me tell you that she has taken it to a whole new level.  I have become an instant fan!  Ms. Grosso has the knack for immediately grabbing my attention and successfully holding it until the conclusion makes it appearance.  She has managed to create a flawless blend of gripping suspense and erotic play with humorous undertones thrown into the mix.  I simply could not get enough of this page-turner.  The thrilling uncertainty had me biting my nails, all while the steamy passion shown between Luca and Samantha had me fanning my face with heated desire.  My emotions were all over the place and that is why I am Joyfully Recommending Luca’s Magic Embrace!
