Especially when he learns that his new job will give him the opportunity to convince FBI agent Felicia Locke of his love and devotion. Felicia and Locke have danced around each other for years and she knows and returns Locke’s feelings but his determination to do what he perceives is best for his people has always come between them. As they hunt the stolen cure Locke and Felicia finally give into the passion between them but Felicia can’t live the life that Locke wants. Can they find away around their different values to find away to stay together and avoid the treachery that would see Locke stripped as leader?

HOLY COW!!!! HOLY COW!!! Let me take a minute and recover! With her first paranormal Virna DePaul knocks it out of the park leaving me panting for more. Knox and Felicia kept me on the edge of my seat wanting them together but aching for the choices Knox faced and desperate for him to make that would allow Felicia to stay with him. Add to this a new world that I am dying to discover and secondary characters that are begging to have stories, and I find myself addicted! I’m jonesing for MORE!! Readers won’t be disappointed with Chosen by Blood, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
