Thought to be extinct by shifter society, the few remaining Dire Wolves covertly protect by guarding the veil between worlds every Samhain.  The team is also sent to investigate when shifters are suspected of abusing their laws and their people.

Alpha Gray and the Dire Wolf team are sent to the town of Praeter to look into possible drug trafficking and gun running at a stripper bar called The Howling.  As Gray watches a red wolf shifter on stage pole dancing he feels a rush of unexpected hormones and a sense of protectiveness.  Sure the little guy is sexy but that doesn’t explain his reaction until one of his team bluntly tells Gray the stripper is his mate.  He can’t shirk his responsibilities even if the red wolf is involved in illegal activities.  His only hope is that the Delta wolf called Ryan is as innocent as he looks.  Otherwise Gray isn’t sure what he’s going to do.

A harsh life shapes this shifter world in Delta Blues, the first exciting tale in the new Preternatural Rescue Centre series.  Readers will be riveted to this alternate life where the good, the bad, and the ugly happen to be able to change into animals.  True mates, rescues, down and dirty fights are rolled into this intense story.  Delta Blues features strong characters and suspense from the get-go.  Heart pounding romantic drama.
