Series: Iron Horse MC #3
Published by Self Published Genres: Contemporary
Not by any stretch of the imagination could Sarah Anderson consider her upbringing normal. Her father is a gun running survivalist, her stepmom Mimi is the daughter of a violent mobster and she’s a well known assassin. As for her mother, many if not all of Sarah’s vices and bad habits can be laid at the door of her thieving, alcoholic grifter mom. The one innocent in Sarah’s life is Swan, her twin, high functioning autistic sister. At the moment Sarah’s last name is Star and she’s legitimately a World Pole Dancer and Miss March in Playboy. Quite the resume.
Needless to say by the time she meets Carlos ‘Beach’ Rodriquez, President of the Iron Horse MC in Sturgis. she’s well equipped to handle the biker. Beach on the other hand isn’t quite sure what to make of Sarah. First, she’s a hot body and then she’s helping him survive a kidnapping attempt, among other lethal activities. The one thing Beach knows for certain is that Sarah belongs right beside him – for as long as they live.
Feisty doesn’t begin to describe Sarah. Add in deadly survivor skills, determination, and a quick wit, as well as hiding a tender heart under it all. Author Ann Mayburn takes readers back in Exquisite Redemption to the time when Sarah and Beach first meet. The down and dirty gritty biker life permeates in Exquisite Redemption. And the flavor of the MC lifestyle leaps off the pages as Sarah and Beach take turns telling the story of their beginning. Absolutely riveting tale.
