As penance for his role in attempting to steal from Glarzy, his baby brother Thom’s bonded dragon, the highlander Ciendon McDoffrey will work in the valley’s farmland.  Working with farm animals and in the fields is a better alternative than their elder brother Ronin’s fate; he died during the aborted robbery.  The dragon Paigon is put in charge of Ciendon’s rehabilitation and shows the highlander more patience and care than anyone ever before.

When they realize that Ciendon is an asda like Thom, someone who can bond with a dragon, the Circle of Elders elect various prospects to woo the highlander.  Though it has only been a matter of days since he began his penance under Paigon’s guidance Ciendon is worried that he will get in trouble with the Circle of Elders because he’s already beginning to fall in love.  Choosing a stranger over the dragon he’s given his heart to is an impossible feat for the reformed thief.

A human rogue receives his comeuppance in the arms of a loving dragon in For a Dragon’s Forgiveness.  Ciendon is the big, brawny victim of a cruel brother’s abuse whose shy soul unfurls from Paigon’s tenderness and praise.  A clever blend of innocence and steamy hot loving makes For a Dragon’s Forgiveness a very pleasant way to pass the time.
