Alexa Holland is ashamed of her father. The things he’s done and the lies he’s told. Caine Carraway hates the Holland name. Alexa’s father was directly involved with his mother’s death and he’s never forgotten nor forgiven.  When Caine runs into Alexa his animosity ends up getting her fired!

Caine isn’t sure why he feels guilty for Alexa losing her job but he finds himself giving her a new job working for him. Now they are in constant contact with each other and before long give into the attraction between them. They quickly discover their attraction deepening into love. But with the past still standing between them can they find a way to make it work?

Hero is the first book that I’ve ever read by Samantha Young but it certainly won’t be the last. Sexy and drama filled Hero keeps you hooked on Alexa and Caine. You can’t go wrong here!
