The royal houses of Lionne and Ankar of Arden have long held duel kingship on their planet.  The princes, Pax of Lionne and Lier of Ankar are next in line to rule.  Growing up side by side they fell in love which they knew was forbidden.  Adding to the difficulties Lier’s magical abilities were far stronger than they should’ve been and he knew that the people would fear him rather than embrace him if his secret came out.  Lier renounced his crown and fled the planet, leaving Pax to pick up the pieces of his broken heart.

Years later peaceful Arden is conquered by Sardius, Emperor of Atros, a warrior race that lives on blood.  Ruthlessly killing or converting the entire population into blood drinkers Sardius realizes his mistake too late.  He needs the blood of a native of Arden untainted by conversion to conquer and control other star systems.

The race is on to locate and retrieve Lier, the last of the Ankar.  Sardius sends his son, Commander Raze to find the lost prince before the freedom fighters can hide him.  The ultimate prize has spent years learning how to survive alone.  He won’t be easy to catch and hold onto.  Unless he’s willing…

Author Harper Moon pens a fascinating adventure in Letting Lier and Finding Pax.  The twists and turns are everywhere in this wild journey through the stars.  Lier and Pax are incredibly complex characters, sometimes not even likeable, yet always unforgettable.  Every new chapter brings new perils and clues which keep the reader thoroughly engaged.  Letting Lier and Finding Pax is an intense and complicated tale that doesn’t end with the last chapter.  Sometimes brutal, Letting Lier and Finding Pax will keep you riveted and guessing.  Beware this is not a typical romance, far from it.
