One dragon to play matchmaker...two knights to serve a lady’s every pleasure. Dragon Knights, Book 2.5When the call to arms goes out, the dragon Golgorath is the first to take to the skies. Until he finds a knight to equal his heart and fighting skill, Rath flies alone while his mate must wait for her knight, Thorn, to climb on her back. The battleground is a familiar one, an old keep, a noble house without a patriarch, under attack from the evil, snake-like skiths. Lady Cara can fight, but knows better than to try to lead men. With her brother wounded, she relies on her new Master at Arms, Tristan. He is a mysterious, recklessly brave foreigner who can never be hers, as she is to be married off to the highest bidder. Amidst the battle, Rath spies the warrior doing the impossible—slaying a skith single-handed. Rath realizes fate may have just stepped in to help both dragons and men. In Tristan, Rath sees a man worthy of being his knight and, together with Thorn, win Lady Cara’s heart into a triad of love. If Tristan’s loyalties can first be won by dragonkind. Warning: When two dragons really want something, it’s best not to stand in their way. And when their knights are focused on a single woman, nothing and no one will stop them from getting what they want. Beware! This trio gets up to all kinds of naughtiness in the pursuit of true love.

Golograth (“Rath”) is one of the oldest and most respected dragons in his land, but when his knight was killed very young, Rath loses not only his knight, but also his family because his mate has a knight and they cannot be together again until Rath has his own knight again.  When a battle breaks out Rath is one of the first dragons in the air and while the dragons, their knights and the locals win the day, Rath is seriously hurt.  This battle does more than just put Rath out of action for a while; it also shows him the answer to getting a new knight and his mate back.

Lady Cara can fight just as well as most of her men and when the battle comes to her lands, she and her master at arms, Tristan, are able to hold off the evil until help arrives in the form of dragons and their knights.  When one of the dragons is hurt, Cara is only too willing to do whatever is necessary to make Rath comfortable and heal him.  Now Cara has not only Rath and his mate in her courtyard, but she also has to come to terms with her sudden feelings for Tristan and a knight named Thorn.  Cara wants to fulfill the passion that she has found with Tristan and Thorne, but she also has a duty to her home and the people who depend on it.  Tristan and Throne are more than willing to go with Rath’s plan and have the Lady Cara for their own; however, along the way they begin to realize that something is not right in the abbey and when the two knights and two dragons start investigating anyone not being truthful better watch out.

Sometimes a dragon’s work is never done.  Golograth takes matters into his own hands in Master at Arms.  I loved how Rath not only found the man to be his knight that he has been searching for but he also found the very woman that will complete the trio.  I could see that Cara was wary at first when she began to have feeling for both of the men.  Seeing Tristan and Thorne work out just how they could both have Cara and also how they could help her keep her duty to her people had me hoping that Rath’s plan would work.  I could tell that Rath and his mate were doing something besides bringing their two knights together with the woman who could bring them all together in a loving relationship but when I found out just what that was, it was a twist I never expected but loved.  Master at Arms is a fast moving tale filled with passion and danger along with two very determined dragons and three humans who discover just how life changing love can be.  In other words, a story not to be missed.

While you don’t have to read the Dragon Knights in order, I bet once you get started they will all end up in your library.

A warrior, a maiden...and a passion that could set the whole world aflame. Dragon Knights, Book 7Despite the fact he is the largest of his half-dragon brothers and better suited to fighting, Hugh has been sent on an undercover mission. Forced to stay in human form, he must discover if the land of Helios is truly the Draconian ally it pretends, or something more sinister. When he witnesses injustice in the form of a misshapen baby gryphon kicked out into the cold, he cannot remain in the shadows and watch the child suffer. All he can hope for is that his act of kindness will go unnoticed so his mission can continue. But someone does notice. When Lera cautiously approaches Hugh, she is drawn to his strange, foreign magic. She is entranced by its irresistible allure—until assassins come calling and reveal her true identity. She is Valeria, queen of Helios, Keeper of the Flame. And she has been betrayed. Together they must risk everything to uncover the traitors and reforge the alliance between their lands. Yet beneath their blazing passion, both are still keeping secrets. Secrets that the Sacred Flame will reveal—if their love survives its cleansing fire. Warning: When a dragon prince and a Flame Keeper come together, the conflagration is definitely too hot to handle!

Hugh is one of the Princes of Draconia who usually fights, but he has been sent to Helios on a undercover mission to see just what is going on in that land and if they are still an ally with Draconia or not.  Hugh really does try to keep his presence mostly not talked about, but that all changes when he discovers a baby gryphon that had been kicked out of her nest to die.  No way is Hugh going to allow that baby to die when he can save her.  Of course, that brings him to the attention of the owners where Hugh is renting his room.

Valeria (“Lera”) is the queen of Helios and she is also the Keeper of the Flame.  That second title puts all the gryphons under her protection. When she hears that a mysterious stranger has a baby gryphon his in protection, Lera risks everything to find out the truth of the situation.  Lera’s heart is filled as she watches the large man be so gentle with the little girl gryphon and when he tries to protect the baby from even her.  When danger suddenly threatens Lera, the baby gryphon and everyone in the inn, Hugh acts and his secret is out.

Hugh felt something for the mysterious lady who showed up at the inn to see about Mis (the baby girl gryphon).  As the time went on, he soon learned that the lady was only seeking information about him for the safety of his little charge.  However, when Lera is threatened Hugh decides to risk his cover and save everyone.  That act brings Hugh the information he had been seeking and it also brings him a love unlike any he thought to discover.  Hugh and Lera work together to not only defeat the danger that threatens Lera, but to also weed out the threat to the very rule of Helios.  Only after their love has bloomed do Hugh and Lera both discover the other is a royal of their lands.  The treason in Helios goes deep, but with the loyal gryphons, people of Helios and the help of dragon warriors from Draconia the threat is destroyed.  Now that the dust has cleared and everyone is safe, what will happen to the love between Hugh and Lera when it’s time to settle their futures?

Take one undercover dragon Prince and one secret Queen with connections to the Goddess, toss in treason and an adorable baby girl gryphon and you have the love story of Hugh and Lera in Keeper of the Flame.  Hugh might have been uncomfortable in the guise of an undercover mission, but he knew when to bring the protective warrior out.  Lera might have stayed safely in her castle but she is also the Keeper of the Flame and when word of a stranger keeping a baby gryphon comes to her, the protection of those under her care have her risking her life to find the answers.  I loved how fast and decisive Hugh was when it came time to act out to save Lera and Mis. Lera might not be a shifter, but her strengths were just as strong when acting for her Goddess.  I loved just how the Goddess let everyone know what she thought of Hugh and Lera’s love and also what they thought of those that would discriminate against those that are different.  The best part was when Mis proved that what goes around comes around in her innocent reactions and answers.  I loved how Hugh and Lera proved their love not only to each other, but for Mis and took away her biggest fear forever.  Keeper of the Flame has all the best parts: suspense, passion, treason, danger, protection of the young and best of all a love whose light will lead the way to a brighter future.

What’s better than a knight sweeping you off your feet? Two knights. Silla is a healer riding circuit on the border, helping those in need. When she hears the pained cries of a dragon in distress, she comes to his aid, using most of her precious supplies to help the badly injured creature. The dragon’s knight, Brodie, is fascinated by the woman—the miracle worker—who has come to help his friend. She is both beautiful and kind hearted and he quickly realizes she is his destined mate. And if she is Brodie’s mate, she is Geoff’s as well, for Brodie’s dragon was mated to Geoff’s dragon many years ago. Geoff doesn’t believe in the tales of love at first sight among knights, but he knows that when either he or Brodie finds a wife, they will share her. Hearing about the dragon’s injury, Geoff and his dragon race to help, only to find the dragon on the mend and Brodie in bed with the most stunning woman Geoff has ever seen. Love at first sight turns out to be real and it strikes them all as they come together and realize that no matter what the obstacles, they are meant to be together. Silla is the missing link that will join their lives and make them a true Lair family. Warning: Knights like to get frisky and these two are no exception. Beware the passion, playfulness, a bit of bondage and a whole lot of three-way loving with a tiny bit of exhibitionism thrown in for good measure.

Silla is a trained healer who is completing her time as an intern where all healers are sent out to constantly follow a specific circuit and to help and heal the people she meets.  Silla loves this part of her training and knows that after several years of this, she is just a few years away from being called back for the next stage of her career.  All healers start out with very little to help them, but Silla’s personality and skills have provided her with items that have helped her provide help when called upon.   Just as Silla reaches a town she has been looking forward to visiting, she hears the pain-filled cries of a dragon and Silla knows that she has to help if she can.

Brodie is the dragon’s knight and he immediately accepts the help of the small and quick healer who requests to help his dragon and friend.  As the afternoon wears on, Brodie learns more and more about the talented healer and also realizes that she is his destined mate.  Brodie knows that he must act slowly and not scare Silla, but the fire in his blood after so many years of searching makes that all but impossible.  There is also one other thing that Brodie has to figure in before he tells Silla – that another knight named Geoff will also be Silla’s mate if she agrees and she hasn’t even met him yet.

That night, tired but happy that she has helped the dragon – Silla accepts the use of the spare bed in the knight’s cabin to relax and get some much needed rest.  But fate and passion have other things in mind for Silla and Brodie, a night that shows Brodie and Silla that their fate is going to be a hot and erotic one.  When Silla wakes up to not only Brodie but also Geoff, she quickly realizes that the aspect of being loved by not only one but two hot dragon knights does not shock her at all – she is all for it.  Love at first sight might be a saying but for these two knights and their healer, it’s an absolute fact that previews a loving future for them and their dragons.

Two dragon knights find their fated mate when she comes to the aid of a hurt dragon and proves that this healer has just the right touch.  Silla, Brodie and Geoff find their future together in The Dragon Healer.  Brodie’s pain over the pain of his hurt dragon showed me that he was a man of very deep feelings and once he gave you those feelings it was for good.  Silla’s goodness worked in perfect combination to Brodie’s huge heart and Geoff’s spiciness was just what they needed to keep them all on their toes.  I really loved how Brodie tried to be so careful when approaching Silla with what he felt and also how Silla was concerned about that oath she had taken even while being thrown for a loop by an unexpected and powerful love.  Geoff’s mischievousness I found to be exactly what this trio needed to keep things interesting and keep them on their toes.  Of course, the dragon mates were the icing on the cake.  The Dragon Healer is one erotic and fast moving story that shows just how fate can change lives for the better with no warning at all.
