Jay Roberts has a psychic gift doesn’t allow her to touch anyone and gloves are her necessary accessory but she finally risks reaching out from her personal life isolation and enters into a very sexy online relationship with a cop, but after several months he suddenly breaks everything off with Jay.  Now that she has reached out, Jay isn’t going to let herself just be dropped with no explanation and she goes to the small town of Hell.  Only to find out there is much more going on than just a man getting cold feet.

Linc Dawson is no longer a cop, but he is now a very vengeful father out to make the people who didn’t help his missing daughter or Linc himself during his search for her suffer the consequences.  It’s been months now that he has been searching and while he hasn’t found her body, he knows that the odds of finding her alive are beyond slim.  When he walks into a store to find Jay there, things in his life are shaken up even more.  Linc has never believed in psychic gifts and he doesn’t plan to start now.

Jay finds out what was behind Linc walking away from her but now that is only a part of her issues.  Now Jay knows what is going on in Hell and she isn’t going to let it happen any longer and calls in the one type of help she knows will get the job done – other psychics.  Jay and Linc struggle with their feelings while putting together the clues on what exactly happened to Linc’s daughter and the other missing people.  When all of the clues finally come together some hearts will be healed and some will be broken and the small town of Hell will never be the same again, but that isn’t a bad thing.  In the aftermath can Jay and Linc find a way to allow their passion to blossom into the love that is just waiting for them?

A pragmatic cop and a psychic are not your normal couple but these are not your everyday couple either.  Jay and Linc discover a red hot passion while hunting for the truth about Linc’s daughter in The Innocent.  I loved just how feisty Jay was from the beginning until the end, even when the odds weren’t in her favor.  Linc had me from the minute he tired to protect Jay in the store.  I really loved watching as they not only search for what happened to his daughter but also tried to transition through the potholes of a new relationship.  As I turned the last page I knew that the future might be a bit rocky for Jay and Linc for a while but I know that they will be there for each other and those they love.  I can’t wait to see what the next chapter is in the world Ms. Walker has created.  The Innocent takes suspense to a spine tingling end with a hot passion thrown in and just enough danger to keep the spice going.

Trinity Ewing is just looking to begin a new life for her and her young son after ending a relationship that all but destroyed her family business.  Taking a leap of faith, Trinity bought a large old house off the internet, sight unseen.  Now she and her son are in the small town of Madison and she has found that the lovely old house is really a big old white elephant, but Trinity is determined to make it a home where she can raise her son and begin that new life.

Noah Benningfield has lived in Madison for his entire life and has done a few things, including being a youth pastor, always trying to get rid of the lasting doubts that have plagued him since the night something happened in an old house in town and blood was found.  Now Noah is a contractor and his latest job is to restore the same house that tore apart his high school years.  Being a contractor is a series of ups and downs and trying to stay on schedule and Noah enjoys the game – that is until he and Trinity discover a truly gruesome thing.

Noah and Trinity have been fighting their mutual attraction from the moment they laid eyes on each other and the daily contact while working on the house has made it very difficult not to give in.  However, when they are suddenly in a cold case murder investigation, the heat between them is suddenly the least of their problems. Noah always knew that his small town held many secrets and it seems that one of the secrets that has haunted Noah for years has reopened again.  Trinity can’t believe that her house is now the crime scene for an old murder but Noah’s arms and her son’s love is getting her through the rough spots.  Things turn from bad to worse when Trinity’s past comes out just when another horrible secret is about to break in Madison.  Noah and Trinity are fighting to find the true answers about that mysterious night so long ago at the same time as their passion erupts into the open.  When the answers finally come into the open, the outcome will rock the very foundations of Madison and many of those in important places.  Noah is rocked as hard as his town is but he isn’t about to let anything destroy the happiness he has found with Trinity and her son. The question is can Noah convince Trinity that Madison really is a good place to raise her son and that their love is the forever type.

A woman needing a new start and a man trying to get overcome his past discover love while surrounded by a small town about to be torn apart with deadly and hurtful secrets.  Trinity and Noah get more than they bargained for when they revamp an old house in Deeper Than Need.  I couldn’t believe the deep internal sadness that Noah had been carrying inside of him for so long as his story rolled out.  I couldn’t help cheering Trinity on with her determination to give her son a better life and how she put her own safety on the line to give it to him.  I loved how hot Noah and Trinity came and how fast it happened and then sat back to watch them try and slow the pace down.  The suspense and serious under currents in their town kept everything on edge and me on the edge of my seat as I turned each page.  There was so much going on and more than one important story line point and yet I was outraged and wanted to give several people hugs by the time I discovered all the answers along with Noah and Trinity.  So many lives were changed forever with this book, in both good and bad ways, and yet I didn’t want it to end.  Noah and Trinity not only found the beginning of the answer that Noah searched for for so long, but they also tripped onto a huge secret that will need to be torn out by the very roots of Madison.

I want to say so much more about what those answers are but instead I will just say that if this is the start of a new series, I can only imagine what the next few books will bring.  Deeper Than Need is a kick ass book that will grab you from the first page and won’t want to let you go even when the last page is turned.  The intense suspense and blooming passion are only two of the wonderful things to be found between the cover.  I have to Joyfully Recommend Deeper Than Need as a must read and I know it will earn a place on your keeper shelf too.

As Ezra and Lena attempt to find a life together their lives in Ash seem to be unraveling. Can they find everlasting love and a killer before it’s too late?

If You Hear Her is a phenomenal and thrilling romance! Shiloh Walker has struck gold with her Ash series! I was engrossed from the first gripping pages of If You Hear Her to the last pulse-pounding moments! Lena Riddle is my kind of character. She is a super strong, independent and enchanting woman. She is the kind of character that you root for! Ezra is super-hot and has that alpha male thing down pat. Lena and Ezra have just waltzed onto my favorite couples list! When these two are together the pages shine. Ms. Walker has outdone herself with character building here. Lena and Ezra as well as the other residents of Ash are the kind of people that you hope are really out there: strong, stubborn and willing to fight for what is right.

Okay so I could gush forever about how much I love this couple and their friends but I don’t want to leave out how fantastic the mystery is. If You Hear Her packs a punch in the suspense department. I was constantly trying to figure out who is horrid murderer is. I just love it when a book makes me second guess myself over and over again. I’m not usually a fan of getting the killers perspective in books but Ms. Walker had me perfectly on edge with her snippets of the killers creepy psyche.

If You Hear Her is a must read and I’m Joyfully Recommending it!!

A SHADOW IN THE WINDOW   Nia Hollister doesn’t scare easily. She’s returned to Ash, Kentucky, with a vengeance—and with a mission: find the killer who brutally ended her cousin’s life. But can she allow herself to take comfort in those strong arms when her sister’s killer still roams free? She may think she’s a bad ass, but she should not have come back tohistown. He is watching her—as she slips into Law Reilly’s house, as she storms into the sheriff’s office. These men won’t be able to protect her when her time comes. Timing is everything, though he can’t wait forever. She’s nosing around the woods, looking for his hiding place. Yes, he is watching her . . . through the window . . . in her bed . . .   If she’s not scared, she should be . . . because he is very good at what he does.

Nia Hollister cannot get over the death of her cousin. She should be able to put this to rest since they found the person responsible for the ghastly murder but that’s the problem. Nia doesn’t believe that the killer has been found. Nia believes he’s still out there stalking women and she’s determined to find out the truth.

The last time Law Reilly saw Nia Hollister she had a gun pointed at him. As strange as it sounds he hasn’t been able to forget the woman and not for the reason you think. Law is undeniably drawn to Nia. Once she comes back to town to find the truth surrounding her cousin’s death, Law cannot stay away. He must test this attraction between the two of them, and if helping her cause gets him access to her then he’s more than willing.

It doesn’t take long for the citizens of Ash, Kentucky to realize that things are not as they seem. A murderer has been lurking in their midst for a while and it’s up to Nia, Law and the new sheriff to follow the clues.

It’s a dangerous time to be in Ash. Not everyone will come out alive in this the final installment of Shiloh Walker’s remarkable Ash Trilogy. As the wickedly suspenseful If You Know Her starts begin praying that your favorite characters survive this sadistic killer because things are about to become dire in Ash.

Nia and Law’s passion leave scorch marks on the pages of If You Know Her. I’m totally in love with these two. I love their adventure together and I also enjoyed the interaction between Nia and Law’s best friend, Hope. I love Nia’s relentless pursuit of justice for her cousin and Law’s belief in her. It’s no secret that I have become enamored with the couples that reside in the Ash Trilogy but I cannot get enough of this gripping and sometimes grotesque plot line. Ms. Walker gives the reader a very intimate look at a brutal killer. This is something that I usually do not care for, but Ms. Walker manages to compel my attention thoroughly even through the hard to read spots.

I definitely recommend that you read the first two books in this trilogy before If You Know Her. What makes this series so much more phenomenal is the way that one book ends and the next immediately picks the story up. It’s important to read the previous books not only because you get to know the sensational couples but your suspect pool grows as well. It’s hard to believe a killer lies within this sleepy little town. Weeding through the possible suspects makes this adventure grand. I must say that I was not disappointed in how this story finished! Ms. Walker ends her electrifying Ash Trilogy with a hell of a bang!

If You Know Her amps up the intrigue and romance taking the reader an unforgettable enthralling journey they won’t soon forget.

Hope Carson’s been running from her abusive ex-husband for two years. When she finally decides to lean on an old friend and settle in Ash, Kentucky things begin to look up and then they spiral downward. After Hope and her friend are viciously attacked by a murderer she becomes the prime suspect. The locals begin to refer to her as a crazy killer. Hope is tired of cowering from others and running from her problems. It’s about time to take a stand and she’s doing it in Ash. Now, if she could only get her mind off the sexy D.A.

It is Remy Jennings job to put away killers but there is nothing about Hope Carson that screams murderer to him. In fact, that’s the last thought that pops into his mind when he thinks of the beautiful and vulnerable Hope. While the locals are insisting on her arrest, Remy is making his move. He knows she is innocent and he’s determined to protect her.

Hope’s aversion to law enforcement is not helping Remy get his foot in the door but he didn’t get where he is today by giving up easily. As Hope and Remy try to start something new her past comes back to haunt her but that’s not the only thing dark happening in Ash. A killer lurks in the shadows stalking Hope. The tension in Ash rises to new extremes. It looks as if not everyone will survive the killer’s grip this time. Will Hope and Remy come out of this together or be torn apart forever?

I emphatically recommend that the Ash series be read in order! If You See Her picks up right where If You Hear Her ended. If You See Her adds more depth to this sublime series! Hope comes off as a bit weak at first. Having survived a physically and mentally abusive husband, Hope is just now learning to think for herself. These are the things I like about Hope. Her past makes her a much stronger woman than she realizes and in If You See Her she finds the power within to stand up for herself and fight her own battles. I love the powerful connection between Remy and Hope. It’s only natural for this handsome and strong district attorney to try to swoop in and protect the damsel in distress, which he does really well, but then he has to respect her desire to become independent. This couple may have some bumps in the road but there is nothing wrong with the heat between them.

I really love how Ms. Walker has written this series. If You Hear Her left the reader with a bit of a cliffhanger and If You See Her picks up the story from the last page and begins a new enticing love story, yet keeps the suspense plot line going from book one. Once again just when I thought I had it figured out I was fooled. I cannot wait to find out who is behind the disgusting murders and why they are doing it. I was super surprised and intrigued at how the killer evolved during If You See Her.

I have totally fallen in love with the characters in this spectacular series and I love how I they are all prominently featured in each book. When I started reading If You See Her it felt like a coming home to the people and town that I adore.

Get ready for spine-tingling suspense and sizzling romance as you inhale the pages of If You See Her!
