Series: Orgasmic Texas Draw #9
Published by Allure, Amber Quill Genres: Contemporary, MM
The day U.S. Marshall Trace Thatcher was forced to kill motorcycle gang leader Kenny Dellburn in self defense forever changed the life of his son, Marco Dellburn. Raised by his abusive father Marco gratefully left the legacy of the Born Evil motorcycle gang for a normal life with Trace and his partner. The only thing Marco would miss from his old life was fellow gang member Sam Channing. His decision to become a Marshall was an easy one.
Eventually elected Born Evil’s new leader after Kenny’s death, Sam is horrified to find the gang embroiled with a drug cartel’s latest scheme. They’ve always been gun runners and stayed away from drugs in the past. This agreement with Austin Howard and the cartel could ruin everything they’ve built. Coming face to face with an undercover Marco during a meeting with Howard jolts the gang leader who realizes that the Marshall services are onto the cartel. Caught within a web not of his making Sam’s only hope is the deal Marco and his team can offer. Marco will do everything he can to help, bu, they are still on opposite sides of the law and the danger is very real.
The latest in the Orgasmic Texas Dawn series opens with the darkly perilous Turmoil. A terrific blend of action, drama, and secret sensuality Turmoil thoroughly engages the reader. Underlying tensions keep the characters on alert as the Born Evil gang, the cartel, and the U.S. Marshall teams converge. Marco as the untried newbie is chomping at the bit to prove himself and protect the man he’s always loved. Sam is tormented by responsibility and his own secret desires. Outsiders work to force a showdown. Enjoy Turmoil, a complex, taunt drama. Beware however the cliffhanger.
