Coach Lucca Romano suffered through a horrific tragedy which left some of his basketball players injured and dead.  He is in need of some deep healing.  After running from the problem he has landed in Eternity Springs.  He’s hoping his time in Eternity Springs will tell him which way he should go next.  He never counted on the woman next door coaxing his heart back to life.

Teacher Hope Montgomery is also in Eternity Springs to heal.  She lost her child and it’s a hole she can never hope to fill. When Lucca moves in next door she sees in him what she sees in her own mirror…loss.  There is something about Lucca’s gruff attitude and sexy exterior that has Hope trying to bring Lucca out of his shell and get him back into the game.

Miracle Road starts off with such tragedy.  I felt that intense emotion from Lucca and Hope as they started getting to know each other.  I have really enjoyed this series so I like learning more about the characters that I have fallen in love with in previous books.  However, it is a bit much to take in at the beginning of a new book.  A new reader could easily become overwhelmed by all of these characters and their children.

My favorite moments in Miracle Road where the quiet moments that Lucca and Hope spent stargazing. These scenes where full of sweet honest emotion, definitely swoon worthy.  Some things about Miracle Road were off balanced.  I didn’t get that feeling that the characters truly transitioned.  Readers get their happy ending but it felt a bit forced. Miracle Road may not be my favorite Eternity Springs novel but I will be back for the next novel because I do love this idyllic town where angels and happy endings exist.

From New York Times bestselling author Jacquelyn Frank comes a seductive new paranormal romance set in the World of the Nightwalkers, as a battle-scarred bodyguard and a sensitive beauty risk their lives—and their hearts—in the face of evil.   When Katrina Haynes discovers a large man lying wounded in the snow, she fears he is at death’s door. But as Kat tends to his injuries, she quickly realizes that they’re the least of her worries. With an irresistible Scottish brogue and a strange ability to harden his chiseled body like a statue, the stranger awakens a desire she is unable to resist—and a fascination about the intriguing world he exists in.   As a proud Gargoyle, Ahnvil must safeguard the Nightwalker to whom he’s sworn fealty. But as this bewitching woman nurses him back to health, arousing an almost uncontrollable hunger within him, he is possessed with the fierce impulse to protect her as well. And he will have to shield her—for by coming to his rescue, Kat has placed herself in the middle of a supernatural war . . . and exposed herself to dark, powerful magic. As human and Gargoyle forge an unbreakable bond, Kat will discover that despite his intimidating strength and size, one thing Ahnvil does not possess is a heart of stone.

Ahnvil is a gargoyle who was made by one of the Templars, Kamen, and his entire purpose was to do the dirty work for them.  For years and years, Ahnvil plotted on how to get away and then one day finally succeeded.  Ahnvil finally arrived and has lived and helped the Politics for many years now.  But recently his worst hated person has come to live in the same house – Kamen.  In a moment of frustration, Ahnvil found himself once again captured and tortured by a Templar.  This time Ahnvil was going to do more than escape again – he was going to take information with him. When the time came to escape, Ahnvil was able to grab a necklace that seemed to be the answer to many questions if they could figure out what its powers are.

Katrina Haynes couldn’t believe her eyes when she came across a seriously injured man on her property.  Kat dragged him into her home and was determined to help him survive his injuries.  But as the days go by and he finally wakes up, Kat soon realizes that he is much more than a sexy injured man.  Okay a sexy Scottish man if his voice is anything to go by and one that Kat would love a chance to learn more about.  When Kat finds a beautiful necklace in Ahnvil’s things, she can’t resist just trying it on, but what should have been a quick thing becomes a life changing event when suddenly she is doing things that have never happened before but it seems that the necklace really likes her and is determined to stay.

Ahnvil needs help to find out what the necklace is doing to Kat and at the same time they both are trying to come to terms with the passion that has sprung up between them.  Kat knows she has entered a new world once she arrives at the Politics house and is suddenly surrounded by many entities that she never believed existed alongside humans.  While both Ahnvil and Kat try to find the answers about the powers of the necklace, it seems like there is a push / pull thing going on between them and their personal lives.  When the danger threatens Kat, Ahnvil will risk everything he has to save her, even working with Kamen, but it seems like there is something very “other” in Kat’s background and that might be the ultimate force that will save the day.  Once everyone is safe, can Kat and Ahnvil finally bridge the distance between them to fulfill the chance for love that is right within their grasp.

Evil and danger stalk two people on the path to love in Forged.  Kat and Ahnvil seemed to have so much against their coming together and only one thing in favor of it – love.  I could understand just how hard it was for Ahnvil to come to grips that the man he hated beyond all reason was now supposedly an ally.  I found that the paths that both Ahnvil and Kat had to walk were difficult ones, but I think that Kat’s was the hardest one, and yet it seemed to me that with Ahnvil by her side nothing would keep her down.  I was very surprised by the hidden history that showed up in Kat and I cheered for it because it meant that the love between Ahnvil and Kat would have a chance if they could just get on the same page.   The thing I really loved besides Kat and Ahnvil is that the glimmer of worlds coming together was started as part of Kat and Ahnvil’s journey.  I can’t wait to see what the next books bring.  Forged is a gripping book filled with suspense, mystery and best of all – red hot passion.  Just settle down in a comfy seat and have a cold drink when you start because you might not want to get up anytime soon.

When his niece goes missing Seth uncovers a rash of mysterious disappearances. He takes the case to the Last Chance Rescue Team and is teamed up with the one woman who could be his undoing. Seth’s major regret is the loss of his relationship with Honor.

Honor and Seth make a great investigative team. As they hunt for the trail of the person kidnapping young woman they get closer to the culprit and each other. Can Honor and Seth find their way back to each other or will their case turn deadly leaving one of them alone forever?

Sweet Justice is an exciting and passionate novel. Honor and Seth share a fiery chemistry. I really enjoyed their relationship and their history but the star of Sweet Justice is the dark and intense plot. Sweet Justice is filled with extremely brave women, honorable men and a terribly disturbing villain that will haunt you long after reading the very last page.

A SHADOW IN THE WINDOW   Nia Hollister doesn’t scare easily. She’s returned to Ash, Kentucky, with a vengeance—and with a mission: find the killer who brutally ended her cousin’s life. What she didn’t count on was trembling with desire every time she sees Law Reilly. If any man can help her escape the nightmares for a while, it’s him. But can she allow herself to take comfort in those strong arms when her sister’s killer still roams free? She may think she’s a bad ass, but she should not have come back tohistown. He is watching her—as she slips into Law Reilly’s house, as she storms into the sheriff’s office. These men won’t be able to protect her when her time comes. Timing is everything, though he can’t wait forever. She’s nosing around the woods, looking for his hiding place. Yes, he is watching her . . . through the window . . . in her bed . . .   If she’s not scared, she should be . . . because he is very good at what he does.

Nia Hollister cannot get over the death of her cousin. She should be able to put this to rest since they found the person responsible for the ghastly murder but that’s the problem. Nia doesn’t believe that the killer has been found. Nia believes he’s still out there stalking women and she’s determined to find out the truth.

The last time Law Reilly saw Nia Hollister she had a gun pointed at him. As strange as it sounds he hasn’t been able to forget the woman and not for the reason you think. Law is undeniably drawn to Nia. Once she comes back to town to find the truth surrounding her cousin’s death, Law cannot stay away. He must test this attraction between the two of them, and if helping her cause gets him access to her then he’s more than willing.

It doesn’t take long for the citizens of Ash, Kentucky to realize that things are not as they seem. A murderer has been lurking in their midst for a while and it’s up to Nia, Law and the new sheriff to follow the clues.

It’s a dangerous time to be in Ash. Not everyone will come out alive in this the final installment of Shiloh Walker’s remarkable Ash Trilogy. As the wickedly suspenseful If You Know Her starts begin praying that your favorite characters survive this sadistic killer because things are about to become dire in Ash.

Nia and Law’s passion leave scorch marks on the pages of If You Know Her. I’m totally in love with these two. I love their adventure together and I also enjoyed the interaction between Nia and Law’s best friend, Hope. I love Nia’s relentless pursuit of justice for her cousin and Law’s belief in her. It’s no secret that I have become enamored with the couples that reside in the Ash Trilogy but I cannot get enough of this gripping and sometimes grotesque plot line. Ms. Walker gives the reader a very intimate look at a brutal killer. This is something that I usually do not care for, but Ms. Walker manages to compel my attention thoroughly even through the hard to read spots.

I definitely recommend that you read the first two books in this trilogy before If You Know Her. What makes this series so much more phenomenal is the way that one book ends and the next immediately picks the story up. It’s important to read the previous books not only because you get to know the sensational couples but your suspect pool grows as well. It’s hard to believe a killer lies within this sleepy little town. Weeding through the possible suspects makes this adventure grand. I must say that I was not disappointed in how this story finished! Ms. Walker ends her electrifying Ash Trilogy with a hell of a bang!

If You Know Her amps up the intrigue and romance taking the reader an unforgettable enthralling journey they won’t soon forget.

Hope Carson’s been running from her abusive ex-husband for two years. When she finally decides to lean on an old friend and settle in Ash, Kentucky things begin to look up and then they spiral downward. After Hope and her friend are viciously attacked by a murderer she becomes the prime suspect. The locals begin to refer to her as a crazy killer. Hope is tired of cowering from others and running from her problems. It’s about time to take a stand and she’s doing it in Ash. Now, if she could only get her mind off the sexy D.A.

It is Remy Jennings job to put away killers but there is nothing about Hope Carson that screams murderer to him. In fact, that’s the last thought that pops into his mind when he thinks of the beautiful and vulnerable Hope. While the locals are insisting on her arrest, Remy is making his move. He knows she is innocent and he’s determined to protect her.

Hope’s aversion to law enforcement is not helping Remy get his foot in the door but he didn’t get where he is today by giving up easily. As Hope and Remy try to start something new her past comes back to haunt her but that’s not the only thing dark happening in Ash. A killer lurks in the shadows stalking Hope. The tension in Ash rises to new extremes. It looks as if not everyone will survive the killer’s grip this time. Will Hope and Remy come out of this together or be torn apart forever?

I emphatically recommend that the Ash series be read in order! If You See Her picks up right where If You Hear Her ended. If You See Her adds more depth to this sublime series! Hope comes off as a bit weak at first. Having survived a physically and mentally abusive husband, Hope is just now learning to think for herself. These are the things I like about Hope. Her past makes her a much stronger woman than she realizes and in If You See Her she finds the power within to stand up for herself and fight her own battles. I love the powerful connection between Remy and Hope. It’s only natural for this handsome and strong district attorney to try to swoop in and protect the damsel in distress, which he does really well, but then he has to respect her desire to become independent. This couple may have some bumps in the road but there is nothing wrong with the heat between them.

I really love how Ms. Walker has written this series. If You Hear Her left the reader with a bit of a cliffhanger and If You See Her picks up the story from the last page and begins a new enticing love story, yet keeps the suspense plot line going from book one. Once again just when I thought I had it figured out I was fooled. I cannot wait to find out who is behind the disgusting murders and why they are doing it. I was super surprised and intrigued at how the killer evolved during If You See Her.

I have totally fallen in love with the characters in this spectacular series and I love how I they are all prominently featured in each book. When I started reading If You See Her it felt like a coming home to the people and town that I adore.

Get ready for spine-tingling suspense and sizzling romance as you inhale the pages of If You See Her!
