Disillusioned by the lies he’d been told by his own family, warlock Zander Knight is determined to explore his half shifter heritage.  First on the list is a visit to an unknown shifter grandfather who owns a lodge deep in the Appalachians.  Of course Zander’s best friend, warlock Giovanni Nugent, insists on tagging along.  They can commiserate with each other on their messed up love lives while they drive.  Giovanni loves a vampire which is a no-no while Zander is being pressured by his lover, a shifter named Zuri Tau Long, to permanently mate.

If all that wasn’t enough to make Zander’s head explode he’s also trying to figure out what human Archer Carmichael’s involvement is with a secret medical facility in Chicago and Club Arcana in Atlanta.  Zander is certain his suspicions are valid so shutting down Carmichael for good is imperative before other paranormal’s are targeted.  With so much on his plate it’s no wonder Zander hasn’t figured out that he’s got the biggest bull’s eye on his own back.

Readers are quickly drawn into the young warlock/shifter’s non-stop wild drama.  Love and camaraderie are balanced with a multi-layered adventure.  A busy storyline and engaging characters make One Moore Knight an enjoyable tale though it’s their dialogue that kicks it up another level.  The back story is adequate, but more would have been appreciated.  An entertaining, loaded plotline One Moore Knight shines.  Beware, this has an abrupt to be continued ending.  Regardless, Zander’s story is addictive.

Farm boy Beau Watkins had the All American life in high school as a popular jock with the cute girlfriend.  He was the only one who knew it was a lie.  It wasn’t until he left home for an out of state university that he could be true to himself.  Joining the Rainbow Connection is Beau’s first step, making friends with the clubs president, Vin Reyes is the second.

After tentatively playing the field with a variety of fellow students Beau is finally willing to admit that Vin has stolen his heart.  The two young men couldn’t be more opposite in backgrounds.  The country boy was used to hand me downs and watching his parents stretch a dollar, Vin on the other hand doesn’t know the meaning of budgeting.  His wealthy grandparents expect him to someday take over the family corporation.

Life in college however isn’t always a bed of roses. Beau is the victim of a vicious hate crime and learns who his true friends are.  Taking Vin back home for his brother’s wedding goes badly when their relationship is fully exposed.  Dealing with the fallout comes at a heavy price for Beau, but that doesn’t compare with the information Vin uncovers about his early years with a mother he can’t remember.   The next step is up to Vin.  Luckily with Beau at his side.

Opposites on the surface, kindred spirits at heart rock in Roll.  Beau and Vin face obstacles head on together in a realistic storyline that works.  Their chemistry keeps the fast paced drama busy and moving in a positive direction.  The only downside is that a new mystery is presented right at the end and we are left wondering.  Roll seduces readers with engaging characters who break the mold and live life out loud.

The Morretti twins Lucca and Gabriele are nothing alike in personality.  Lucca is known as a hot head talented with a sword, whereas Gabriele is the peacemaker proficient with a bow.  As with most wealthy Roman families they aren’t without enemies.  They never expected anyone to hate them so much that their family home would be blown to bits killing the twins’588 parents and younger sister.  The brothers turn to a friend of their father’s in the city for aid.

Growing up Gabriele knew that he had to keep his wicked desires for his brother a secret.  Lucca also did his best to hide his feelings for his twin as well as hiding certain talents that would label him a witch.  Meeting Master Lorik is an eye opening experience.  Lorik doesn’t care what they do in the bedroom and he’s already aware that Lucca is a mage.  The twins are now in the home of a Master vampire.

A new world is shown to the brothers, one where they will have to make the decision to become a vampire.  Lucca is hell bent on avenging the family, Gabriele as well though he worries for his eternal soul.  It seems destiny was waiting for Lucca and Gabriele.  For one it’s an easy decision.  For the other… the only thing certain is that they won’t be parted.  In this lifetime or the next.

The Beginning: Shadowkings 1 plunges readers into a world of incestuous love, vampires, and revenge.  It’s quite the bloody package.  The brothers’ damning love condemns them, which is a major plot point in this wild adventure.  The Beginning is an erotic thriller laying the foundation for a new exciting series.  Incredibly carnal, Shadowkings 1 is just the beginning.

When Jeff agreed to be the sperm donor to his best friend Beth, he never expected a tragedy to leave his newborn and three year old motherless. That's exactly what's happened, though, and it's totally thrown his life into chaos: his lover has left him, his house isn't anywhere near childproof and his boss feels the restaurant has been patient enough with the time off. Donny has always known he wanted to be in childcare, and he just finished his degree in early childhood education. He didn't count on people being less than thrilled to hire him when they find out that not only is he a male nanny, but a gay one at that. Job hunting has been frustrating to say the least, so when he knocks on Jeff's door and is greeted by the sounds of things breaking and a pair of screaming children, he thinks, just maybe, he can begin this particular interview with a trial by fire.Becoming the nanny to Jeff's children just might be a dream come true for Danny, and exactly what Jeff needs, but are either one of them ready to really be a family?

JoyfullyRecommended

When Donny Gleason arrives at yet another interview for the nanny position he knows that fate had him wait specifically for this job. As soon as Donny meets the little family he feels that this is exactly where he’s meant to be. He’s the nanny they need.

A top chef for the classy Dejeuner restaurant, Jeff Roberts is drowning in the sudden deluge of two small children. His BFF since kindergarten asked Jeff to father her children and he agreed though never thinking that he’d end up being responsible for a three year old and a 9 week old. There wasn’t supposed to be a house fire. Beth wasn’t supposed to die, holding Jeff’s hand as she took her last breath. And Jeff’s long time partner Mitch wasn’t supposed to abandon him when the orphaned children arrive.

From the moment Donny crosses the threshold of Jeff’s home it’s apparent that the nanny is meant to help the small family heal and thrive. Through every obstacle, joy or heartbreak to come Donny will be there. As they settle into a true family the two men will also realize that they can’t do without each other. This family is meant to be.

Emotionally intense and ultimately heartwarming, Daddy, Daddy & Me is a powerful story of life’s hurdles and how adults choose to face them. Complex, fully developed characters from the children to the parent and nanny deal with life’s issues. Realistic in how challenges are met, Daddy, Daddy & Me keeps a steady pace whether things are going right or incredibly wrong and never bogs down with inconsequential matters. Though there aren’t any big surprises in the plotline, the story still satisfies. Daddy, Daddy & Me will have you laughing and crying and glad you read this story. I Joyfully recommend Daddy, Daddy & Me.

It is the night of the yearly Christmas auction to raise money for charity.  Kurt is a fairly recent new employee at the Hammer and though he hasn’t much personal experience with the lifestyle he’s read loads on the subject.  In his heart Kurt is sure that with the right master the world of BDSM will open up.

As luck would have it Kurt is asked to take the place of an absent co-worker in the auction.  Worried that no one will bid on him Kurt is surprised and thrilled when he’s bought for a decent amount.  Little does he know a certain master’s been watching him since his first day at the Hammer.  Kurt is about to get his chance to explore by diving into the deep end with a sexy master.  Hopefully the water isn’t too, too hot.

A top notch erotic tale, Top Bidder sends your pulse racing.  Part of a truly addictive series this story is a worthy addition.  Kurt is an inquisitive newcomer eager yet somewhat tentative to sample BDSM.  Hot characters, an appropriate plotline, and hot sex make Top Bidder heady, steamy fun.
