The shifter world fears the Feral.  No one is certain what triggers a shifter into becoming a Feral.  Whether it is abuse from childhood or as an adult or something else, becoming Feral is the boogey man in the closet for shifters.

Cree comes from a long line of Wolf Whisperers, his father, uncle, grandfather and so on.  When it was discovered that Cree also possessed the gift the intensive schooling began – at the age of five.

To be a Wolf Whisperer is a lonely calling.  Sent from pack to pack to treat and heal the Feral everyone steers clear as if Cree is tainted in some way.  Once he’s hopefully healed the afflicted Feral Cree is soon shown the door and onto the next pack requesting his assistance.

Arriving at Alpha Chris’s pack Cree is introduced to his latest Feral charge and his mate.  Abused and belittled by his father in childhood Burt was still able to become a soldier within the pack.  Regardless of what caused Burt’s downward spiral it will be up to Cree to bring his mate back into the light and banish the madness within.

Hidden sorrows, a tormented mind, The Wolf Whisperer is a powerful emotional tale of spirit and redemption.  Strength and weakness in equal measure are valued parts of the whole in this storyline.  Book fourteen in this wildly popular Wayne County Wolves series bring together two lonely souls searching for happiness.  A touching, cautionary tale of shifter mental illness, The Wolf Whisperer is a loving addition to this always enjoyable series.

Alec is well aware he lives in a weak pack, so it’s not too surprising when they are attacked and lose, badly.  The survivors are sold to slavers, including Alec who’s an omega, the lowest wolf on the rung.   Saved by Alpha Chris and his soldiers the rescued wolves are integrated into their new pack.

Combining the new shifters into the pack is easy enough, getting them to contribute to their new home is becoming frustrating.  Some are willing to work, the rest fall back into their bad habits.  Raised to believe that an omega is arm candy and little more Alec doesn’t know how to do anything.

In an effort to motivate the wolves Chris sends for doctors North and Michi, fox shifter brothers who are certified psychiatrists.  Instant attraction is a silly ideal, yet the moment Michi is introduced to Alec he knows it’s unethical to treat the wolf, let alone sleep with him.  He’s always lived in the shadow of his more proper brother, feeling less than North.  Meeting Alec soothes Michi in ways he never expected.  Finding purpose and falling in love is a tall order for the gentle omega but with Michi by his side anything is possible for both of them.

A blossoming life and love is embraced.  The Wayne County Wolves are back in Alec’s Moon, their thirteenth enjoyable tale.  Alec and Michi are lonely, likeable shifters who never had a chance to reach their potential alone.  Together they can.  In Alec’s Moon the mates are given a charming set up to succeed.  An entertaining read with heat and humor.

The family quarters wolf shifter Tate once shared with his younger brothers Kline and Finn are quiet these days now that the twins had found their mates and moved out.  Everyone seemed to be finding their mates lately, except Tate.

When Tate’s brother-in-law Zaid asks for a personal favor it’s easy to accept his request.  Zaid needs help hunting down a member of the little pack he used to belong to.  Finding Walsh isn’t really the problem, it’s getting the ferret shifter to agree to rehab.  Walsh is addicted to the shifter drug TAR and it’s slowly killing him.  Emaciated and filthy the ferret is on his last legs when the two discover his hideout.  Finally, this time Walsh accepts help, willing to enter rehab.

Six months pass and Walsh is healthy and ready to be a productive member of the pack.  As a friend it’s easy for the wolf to see beyond the ferret’s past.  Tate is beginning to feel something stronger than friendship, but he worries that it’s too soon for Walsh to start a more intimate relationship with him.  Somehow the ferret must show that he’s ready, willing, and able to love the sexy wolf.

Addiction shifter style is highlighted in Touching Tate the eleventh offering in the Wayne County Wolves series.  Straightforward, lonely Tate finds love with a fractured, healing soul in Walsh.  A sweet and sexy romance evolves over time and it’s a joy to witness.  Happiness trumps misery in this entertaining love story.

Ten years ago Adan left the pack before he did something that would result in permanent banning.  Life away from his family and the wolf pack matured and seasoned Adan, teaching him the benefits and rewards of honest choices.  Coming home the wolf is well aware that he will have to prove himself to Alpha Chris and everyone else after all this time.

Recent new additions to the pack are a small group of half human, half shifters made in a lab by a cruel, heartless scientist who would like nothing better than to have them back in his control.  One of the group is Might, a human and eagle mix who is considered a total slut for sleeping with every single male in the pack at least once. They don’t understand that what Might actually craves is simple touch which was denied him when the scientist, his Master controlled him.

The former bad boy and the pack whore together?  It’s either a joke or a match made in heaven.

Fans, both old and new are sure to fall for the latest book in this series.  Might’s Karma has such fun with the ‘black sheep’ of the wolf pack.  Dealing with all the attitudes from family and others, Might and Adan still manage to persevere.  The only negative in an otherwise delightful romance is that someone forgot to use the spellcheck/grammar app.  Might’s Karma is an appealing love story, mistakes aside.
